Init command fails

Hi I just installed the latest version of MLM, but the init command fails. With debug on, I get the following notice:

Notice: Undefined variable: list in /home/smsmktg/public_html/maxbulk/lm/lm.php on line 1103

Permissions are set correctly and I've tried multiple installs to get this working. I also used the diagnose command and the mysql section of that fails since the mysql_ commands are now decprecated. That's probably not related to the init command failing where it does, but it will cause problems once the code moves past that line.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using version 3.1.6; I downloaded it from this site on Friday. Is that the latest version, and if not, where can I download it from?

The version of MLM up for download is definitely an old version that still has the mysql function vs the mysqli one. I was able to get MLM working my manually installing the MLM files included with the MaxBulk download.

Current version is 3.1.7. We switched to mySQLi last summer. Where did you get that 3.1.6?
