I just bought your Email Extractor program and I'm having immediate problems. I created a folder on my desktop, dragged a group of emails from Microsoft Outlook into that folder. Placed the folder into the extractor window. I then placed the output file into a bulk mailer and sent them on thier way. Out of 129 emails, 12 emails got bounced back to me because the email was extracted incorrectly. I have no idea why this has happened and I don't see anything in common between the 12 that this happened to.

What should I do ?
P.s. I've tried to place the email individually into the extractor in case it was some kind of duplication problem but I get the exact return everytime.
