What interval value do you mean? Where can I check it?

I've already tried another mail server. No problem without TLS. But this mail server must use TLS.

if the mail server use 995 instead of 993 for connection. Is there any way to manually set the port?

Do you mean that the mail server cannot use with the bounce handler software? There are over thoudsand of email, but it keep quit in reading first message.
