yeah I am already removed from the CBL, i requested it immediately after it happened, i just dont want it to happen again. Just use the smtp server, can you elaborate? we use an exchange server.

Hi, A few months ago my org was added to the CBL because it was reported to be spamming large amounts of bulk mail. After doing some research we found our exchange server was set up as an open relay. I locked it down, but now our marketing dept is not able to send bulk mail. Two questions...

Thanks for the reply. Still I wonder. If the computer should require a reformat for some reason, is there a backup option?

Can't find this option referenced anywhere. Is there a way to backup current setting and history before upgrading to newer version? I'm worried that the upgrade will overwrite.
