Yes I have tested the links myself and I can see the one for Unsubscribe but not the others.

I am using the http:// prefix on all the weblinks and the mailto: on the email links. Only one mailto: works, the 'Unsubscribe' one, the other does not. In my MLM stats I am only showing the 'Unsubscribe' click action and 'Opening' actions. Steve

All my emails have a URL to enable the recipient to email me for information (Contact). I also have a URL to Unsubscribe. The MLM stats only show the Unsubscribe activity as a click while the Contact URL is ignored. How can I rectify this? Many thanks Steve

Ok so now I can log into the MLM screen. I am now trying to upload a list and the dialog box shows the upload as greyed out I tried all the options but it does not change. I have the preferences set as http://**server**/lm Do I need to add anymore? Many thanks Steve

OK so I have now installed MLM OK :D However I get an error message 404 url is not valid on the Statistics page. What file does the 'clicks' go to and is this the one I need to put into the Max Bulk Emailer 'Preferences' Steve
