eMail Bounce Handler includes a simple yet efficient recovery system in case of a crash during bounce processing. It is very easy to use.
The bounce list is always saved to a specific location on your hard drive depending on your operating system. In case of a crash just launch eMail Bounce Handler again and drag and drop the last file in that folder to eMail Bounce Handle bounce list.
You will recover your original list exactly as it was right before the crash. You will find those bounce lists in the following folder/directory:
Mac OS X: ~/Documents/Maxprog/eMail Bounce Handler/Bounce Lists Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\<your_account_name>\My Documents\Maxprog\eMail Bounce Handler\Bounce Lists.
If your crashed document contained bounces from several campaigns you can of course drop more than one of those files to eMail Bounce Handler.
