Create a folder on your desktop, open Outlook and just drag the e-mails to process from your mailboxes and drop them to this folder. Then, just drag and drop this folder to eMail Extractor. (eMail extractor must be set to merge results, 'Preferences' menu -> Merge multiple files results)
This way you will get a clean e-mail list from your Outlook messages.
