WHY CANNOT SEND CHINESE???

why i cannot send chinese word??
i try to type chinese word and go to preview, i saw code only..
then i press send.. the reciever got 'code' also...
why like this de?? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

p/s: my email included chinese and english... and i type the chinese by using window xp chinese-prc..

I tried all encoding with chinese word.. also cannot...
