No matter what browser I use, when I try to submit a technical support request via maxprog.helpdeskconnect.com, the page does not provide the access code, thus making it impossible to submit a form request. So I'm hoping (1) someone who works for Maxprog will see this and fix this problem (it's really exasperating to encounter this kind of stuff) and (2) a forum member might be able to solve this somewhat recent MaxBulkMailer Pro (8.4.3-US) problem:
In the past, my Settings interval worked such that after the number of messages specified under “Group mails:” was sent, MBM would pause for one second, and then continue sending.
Several upgrades ago, it stopped recommencing the sending after the specified interval and I have to manually recommence the sending each time the group # is reached. I attach a screenshot of the Settings interface.
Have you encountered this and, if so, can you tell me how to restore the original behavior?
