Hi,

Just sent a few lists and all went well, I got the html Delivery Report which is very good BTW, however..

I just sent another list with the exact same message, just copy pasted from the other lists and the settings look the same, 'HTML only', but I didn't get any HTML Report in the email sent. It was a blank email however the subject line was correct. I get this in the Preview page.

Warning: Your document encoding is set to utf-8 but your HTML code use.

Any idea why the delivery report could be different to the others?

I saw in the recipient list a name which did not send and got the dreaded red exclamation icon on it. The Get Info gave it a red cross in the Sent column.

I unsubscribd it and took a preview again. This time the message wasn't there. It was clear..

I sent it again hoping it woud also fix the Delivery Report problem but it didn't.

The email was still blank.

Any ideas?

I will continue to check..

I have noticed that the Delivery Report in green of the one that did not send a report, did not show any report after it said..[Finished] wheras the one which sent the html report did.

In MaxBulk Mailer you can set the encoding, on thew first panel. That encoding has to match the encoding inside your HMTL code <head> section.

Yes they are the same utf-8. This is from that page.

Unfortunaley it didn't wotk.

Even though the html is from the same Bluegriffon source, I will copy it from the list that worked and paste it to the one that didn't just in case there is something in the code which is corript.

I will do that now

I created a new test list with 1 recip..

All prefs, settings were exactly the same as the one that didn't work.

Same HTML.. copied/pasted.

Only thing different 1 recip not 904 incl 6 unsubscribed.

It worked.. Faster Delivery scroll in MB and the Deliv HTML email message.

So.. It has to be somehow in the 904 list.

I know when I unsubscribed 1 recip from it, I stopped getting the non utf-8 messages.

Maybe if I delete the all or subscribe them again, it will work.

Will try now.

1. Subscribed everyone. Mailed but same result

2. Deleted the insubscribed. Mailed but same result

3. Exported list from 904 and imported it into TEST which did send the HTML deivery report.

and it worked.

So I did get the HTML delivery and the Delivery scroll in MB was much faster.

Summary.

Somehow maybe the list 904 got corrupted because when transferring everything to a new list, it worked..

Any ideas?

Yes I copied/pasted all the recips and the HTML message from list 904 into a new list.

Sent it off and I did get the email html delivery report.

Strange ! :?
