I am using MBM 8.4.4 - if I send a test message, it is received, and then test UNSUBSCRIBE, test user receives email confirming unsub. I then view STATISTICS in MBM, and see the email was OPENED, and UNSUBSCRIBED. I can view MLM on a browser and I see that the message was opened and unsubscribed.
PROBLEM 1: My problem is when I return to the email, I do not see that recipient as unsubscribed.
PROBLEM 2: Also, when I click the "head" icon above my recipient list (top RH side), all I see is "Batch Processing" - i do NOT see the option for "Unsubscriptions from MLM"
It would seem reasonable that these two problems are related - any ideas how to solve them?
