Although I have used Maxbulk Mailer for years, I have just recently begun using MLM to manage remote lists. The first 9 Unsubscribes worked flawlessly (from a link in an email); however, the last 2 did not. What are the reasons why an Unsubscribe might not remove someone from the list? I do get an email notification stating that someone has unsubscribed, but when I check the remote list, their email address is still listed. I don't remember changing anything on the server, so I'm not sure why it didn't work the last two times.
