Is it possible to know when ICash will be ready in Universal binaries

There is no timeframe yet but we are moving forward in that direction. v3.1 is actually the first step. As soon as possible Universal binaries will be available.

By the way, I forgot to to say that all our software works perfectly on new Mac Intel machines.
