Tag contents not added to sent messages

I have just sent a message containing a tag [opt1] to about 7,000 recipients and the tag content was not included in the message.

It was included in a trial message and it was included when previewing the message.

Any idea why it was dropped from the main send.

'Singly' means sending message on by one processing tags. If you uncheck that you will send in bulk mode and tags will no longer be processed.
