Subscript coding

Good morning.
I need to add a subscript to a MaxBulk message and cannot figure out why it won't work. I have tried coding in twice, I am in styled text mode and it still won't work. Any advice?

The little number that is placed on the lower right side of an element to indicate how many molecules of that element are present. It's like the opposite of a superscript used to show exponents.

Ok, I understand. What format are you using? Styled Text? In such case you can use the and tags this way:

A3 to get A with subscript 3

I tried that yesterday and tried just tried it again, but the 3 comes out the same size and in the same location as all the other letters.

I tried it here with current MaxBulk Mailer 5.7.2 and it works fine for me. What version are you using?

In the past, we have not been able to maintain our lists when upgrading to a newer version. Is there a way to not lose all that information?

Lists are stored in your '~Documents/Maxprog/MaxBulk Mailer' folder. They are always maintained between versions. The only exception was v1 and v2 years ago.
