Statistics not working. I get an error email

Everytime I send out an email, I get this email sent to my inbox:

Subject: [MLM] Error inserting record from TrackClicktoDB()

"1146: Table 'buzzmarketing_1lfv4muhc_myutilitydomain_com.tbl_mlm_sub_clk_test' doesn't exist"

Statistics doesnt show anything either.

Please help.

What version of MLM are you using?

I don't know, where can I find that info? It came with my maxbulk mailer 7.5-US that I purchased earlier this year.

The version is written inside the 'lm.php' file.

Download last v2 here and upload the php files except the lm_settings.php file and the folders.

I downloaded the last version of mlm v2 that you recommended, and uploaded the php files except the lm_settings.php file.

My statistics still does not work.

What do you mean with 'My statistics still does not work.'. You go to the statistics panel, activate check boxes on the left and nothing appear? Any error window?
