Statistics: all ok but not unsubscribe

Hi, I installed MaxBulk Mailer Pro with MLM.
I created a web page for the newsletter.
I uploaded a list of email addresses to test.
I sent the newsletter with MaxBulkMailer.
In the statistics I see the openings, click.
All perfect!

So I deleted my email from the list by following the link created with the code.
In statistics, after updating, I do not see the "unsubscribe". Yet I received the confirmation e-mail deletion.

The tag used for the unsubscribe:

lm.php?cmd=unsubscribe&list=Newsletter-BerioCafe&email=[Indirizzo E-Mail]&lang=it

Why?

Have you tried the use the [Unsubscribe] tag in your message?

The e-mail I sent you a web page.
Addresses are "remote."
The "unsubscribe" link works perfectly. The users are deleted successfully, but I do not appear in the statistics. Perhaps it is not possible because lists are remote?

Another question:
the web page that I created, there are also email addresses with html tag "mailto: [email protected]." But the system does not allow me to do so. I refer to a page of lm

The very only way to get he unsubscribes fully working and added to the stats is using the [Unsubscribe]. That works with all lists, local and remotes.

I don't undertand your second question.
