Reorder transactions

Lets say I enter transaction this way. In other words wrong order. When changing id nr the id number is changed but not the order in the list. Please help me understand how to fix this instead of deleting booth and register once again

Grocery Store A ID nr 2
Grocery Store B ID nr 1

IDs are internal references. They are assigned by the SQL engine. Transactions are ordered by date by default so indeed you will have to delete and re-enter.
