First make sure that field data starts either with 'http://' or 'https://'. Then set the field/column format to 'Web Address'. You can do that selecting the 'Edit > Rename Tags' menu to make the change to the current document or from the Preference's Tags panel to affect all future documents. Just set the tag type to 'Web Address':
