Purcchased and not working :(

Hello I tried your product and all seems to work.; then I purchased it and the product is not working.. going through your support files I read that you route through port 25 and after lots of exploration I found my ISP like most is blocking port 25 so I cannot use it.. How can i get a refund?

Very few internet providers block port 25 and most of them will unlock it if you ask. Have you tried that?
