Is "POP-BEFORE-SMTP" available with MaxBulk pro?
My ISP allows more email per hour with POP-BEFORE-SMTP, but I don't know what to do in MaxBulk to use it this way

(It works with esmtp).

Yes, just select POP as your authentication scheme.
