No "Styled Text" shows on Format

I do not know why there is no "Styled Text"for me to choose from on "Format", please help.

But I have just 4 Format to choose from.

Text HTML
HTML only
Webpage

What can I do? As I need to show the pics of my website.

Are you sure? When opening MaxBulk Mailer Standard you actually have those formats, everything but 'Styled Text'. If you go to 'About MaxBulk Mailer' what does it say?
