No Preview in v8.21 Pro & other bugs...

I have been renewing & upgrading my MaxBulk Mailer since v7.6. I have recently installed v8.21 & now only get a Preview on some of my mailings.

I use styled text & make sure that Recipients are selected & delivery Settings are correct.

When Preview tab is selected, the Menu bar flickers but the page is blank. I have to select the option to open the page in the browser, which is not ideal.

On occasion the mail will also lose it's formatting.

Yesterday, I made 2 mailouts & both were given the same delivery number. This meant the click-through information was not available for either!

When in the preview you can select the see the code. Can you paste the source code here?
 
Reload & View Source do not work. Plain Text Alternative does display a preview but this is not what I want to see as I use Styled Text.

I have removed MaxBulk & reinstalled the latest version but this did not fix the issues.

If MLM is part of the PRO version, how do I upgrade my current installation v2.2.3?

Try to change the font you are using in your message.

To update MLM just install it from inside MaxBulk Mailer.
 
I changed from Verdana to Arial but it did not show a Preview.

Changed back to Verdana & made sure it was selected as preferred font in Preferences. Still no Preview.

If I reboot the program, I seem to get a Preview but only once.

Have you tried to run Onyx to clean your system? It is a tool that can help you fix problems on your system. Go to the 'Automation' panel, select all the options and click on the 'Execute' button. Then restart your computer and check if your problem has been fixed.

If your problem has not been fixed you will have to run the tasks manually. Note that you will be asked to reboot after each task. There is no need to do that, just reboot once you have run all the tasks.

Maintenance panel
- Run the permissions reparation from the first sub-panel by clicking on 'Execute'.
- Select the 'Daily', 'Weekly' and 'Monthly' scripts from the 'Scripts' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Select 'LaunchServices' and 'dyld's from the 'Rebuild' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button. (You can also select to rebuild the Spotlight Index).

Cleaning panel
- Check everything from the 'System' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check everything from the 'User' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check 'Browser Cache' and 'Download Cache' from the 'Internet' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check 'System and Users' from the 'Fonts' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check everything from the 'Logs' sub-panel *BUT* 'Conversations log of instant messaging' and click on the 'Execute' button.
- Check 'Recent Items', 'Obsolete items' and 'Previous 'iTunes Libraries' from the 'Misc' sub-panel and click on the 'Execute' button.

Hmmm... not really keen on running a 3rd party cleaner on my recently rebuilt Windows 7 PC.

I'll see if I can come up with another solution.
 
Had a look at ONYX but it does not support Win 7 (same with BatChmod).
Do you have any other suggestions as these bugs are beginning to bug me...?
