MLM statistics

Hello from Germany!
in my mailings I always activate the button "follow openings and links" and the statistic shows the results perfectly.
However, "unsubscribes" and "bounces" are always zero, allthough I GET some bounces and unsubscribes.
How can make MLM statistics to count these events?? I did not see any button to activate the counting.

Unsubscribes are counted if you use the unsubscribe tag in your message. Bounces are counted if you use eMail Bounce Handler.

I AM using the unsubscribe tag!! here is an example:
<a href="http://myclientlist.silberfaser.eu/lm.php?cmd=unsubscribe&list=BestSilverKundeninformation&email=[E-Mail Adresse]">vom Newsletter abmelden</a>.

What goes wrong?

By tag I mean using this:

nsubscribe]

in your message.

sorry, don't understand where and how to use this tag instead of cmd=unsubscribe. Nowhere in your manuals I find a hint.
Isn't it the idea, that the client unsubscribes from a special list??

Based on the a.m. example, can you please tell me, where and how I have to replace the cmd=unsubscribe with the nsubscribe]??

Yes, you select a list in the list pull-down menu, use the [Unsubscribe] tag in your message and MaxBulk Mailer will generate the right unsubscribe URL with the right email address and the right list name.

doesn't work. if I replace this line

by this one (In your German Version the tag is "Abmelden":

the the text in the message displays like this:

Correct it should show this line:

Durch klicken auf diesen Link können Sie sich vom Newsletter abmelden.

Where is the mistake?

Are you using the [Unsubscribe] tag? It looks like you are using custom made MLM commands? Am I wrong?

I use the tag drop down menue in the German version. This is, how it looks:

German "Abmelded" = English "Unsubscribe".

Ok, so just use the tag alone, not in a URL.

OK, this worked perfect. Thanks. Remains only one little detail:
when I use the tag like this
QUOTE
Hier können Sie sich [Abmelden]
UNQUOTE
(which means: here you can unsubscribe) then the wording in the final html message look like this:
QUOTE
Hier können Sie sich Abonnement beenden
UNQUOTE
which means something completely different, respectively is another context. In other words: where can I edit the text behind the tag?? so that instead of "Abonnement beenden" there could be written something like "austragen" or "abmelden" or any other word.
In the whole maxbulkmailer file on my server I did not find a hint, how to edit this.

You can change that form the MaxBulk Mailer preferences, 'tag' panel, at the bottom.
