MLM not working properly

Yesterday we discussed how the proper URL will connect to my MLM and its list so my email recipients can opt out. You provided me with different URL's that "SHOULD" connect to my list but did not. Then you brushed me aside by giving me the manual that did not help either.

This is my URL for my MLM.
http://www.cincosouthwest.com/lm/lm.php ... =showlists

These are the URL that you suggested would work.

http://www.cincosouthwest.com/lm/html/s ... ltiple.php

or

http://www.cincosouthwest.com/lm/html/s ... single.php

When following your advice, I get the option for list -1 (negative 1) which means it is not connected to my lists. Please do not refer me to the manual. I have exhausted the manual and have not found the solution. Thank You

Yes, LM is stored on my server, I can see it through my FTP. I did not modify those 2 URL's in any way. Yes, I am using MYSQL.

Your product is wonderful and works perfectly under certain conditions. For instance, when I am sending text I can attach the TAG "Unsubscribe" and people can unsubscribe by just clicking the link. (This is also proof that I have the LM folder properly installed.) However when I am sending a web page I can not attach the TAG "Unsubscribe", or can I.

This is my problem. I would like to send web pages to my clients, but the Unsubscribe TAG is not functional on the web page. I have added a button to my web page titled REMOVE. This will link the recipient to the web page where they can type in their name, and email to be removed from any and all lists. This is what I am trying to accomplish. Thank You for you assistance.

The unsubscribe tag has be part of your document whatever the format your document is made of. Add the tag to that web page.

About MLM note that it uses standard PHP and mySQL. If you have problems there are great chances it is because of your server settings, mostly PHP settings.
