I don't have better idea on it. But you can try with mailchamp. As far as I know this one is good and effective.

Question about maxbulk

Are you running an anti-virus? That anti-virus may be scanning your mail delivery port. Just try to deactivate it or at least the part related to sending emails.

Thanks for your reply. I haven't any anti-viruses. Program version 8.6.9
maybe i should deactivate default firewall win 10?

I maintain this page: The software doesn't start, runs very slowly or crashes often, how comes?
Have a look at it. I believe this is more an anti-virus/Firewall problem, something checking MaxBulk Mailer activity on the mail outgoing port.
