MaxBulk Mailer 8.5.3

Hello,

Just update the MaxBulk Mailer 8.5.4 release and got api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing tried to install vc_redist.x64 and the install was failed use win 7

A link for the version MaxBulk Mailer 8.5.3 because don't find where is it.

Try to download 8.5.4 again, we have included that library into the installer.
