We just sent our first mass mailing to our users using MBM Pro, but when they got the message, all of the links were broken.
Here's how we created the message:
1) We composed it in Google Docs (where we compose all our bulk communications, due to its collaborative nature), and included a bunch of linked text.
2) We set up a new MBM mailing and set it to styled text
3) We copied-and-pasted in the content of the message from Google Docs into MBM
4) When we looked at it in the "Message" tab and the "Preview" tab, all of the links worked
However, when our users got it, the bits that had been links were merely colored text, with no link behind them.
What are we doing wrong? (I really hope we don't have to hand-code the HTML, as that's not in the skill set of our communications folks, and I don't want to have to do all of them myself!)
We're on MBM 8.5.3-US (Pro-Registered)
Thanks!
Ian
