Is there a SDk or Command line for eMail Bounce Handler

I like eMail Bounce Handler.

I want to write a MS Windows service that wakes up and pulls bounced emails through eMail Bounce and have the results exported, so I can behind the scenes clean my email list.

Yes I know I can create a MS Windows service to do the pulling of bounced emails, but I do not want to read the headers to find out what email was "spam", "not found", etc... I really just want the report that eMail Bounce creates.

Does eMail Bounce have an SDK or command line to do its actions?
or does eMail Bounce have to have human action to work?

Unfortunately there is no SDK and no command line tool. I take note of the idea anyway.
