New iCash v7.5.7 has been released today. This is a free update for all v7 users with an update plan.

iCash is an easy-to-use, full featured and multi-purpose Personal Finance software for Macintosh and Windows intended to help you control your personal finances, keeping track of incomes, expenses, credits, debts and Banks transactions for you. No needs to know about accounting or even care about it! iCash lets you know where your money comes from and to where it goes with just a few clicks.

What's new in this release:

- The transaction status bar now also displays separate debit and credit info for scheduled transactions.
- The Import from a Bank Statement window now allows you to change the input text capitalization.
- The Account Statement report now includes tracking numbers along with transaction comments.
- The P&L General Ledger report now includes tracking numbers along with transaction comments.
- Status bar indexes are now saved and restored for each document.
- The Account Statement and P&L General Ledger screen and printout reports now have better column widths.
- Fix: The document opening progress dialog is now updated properly.
- Fix: The transaction edition window now works properly on MS Windows.
- Fix: When selecting a favorite, the comment and project are now properly set (MS Windows).
- Fix: Problem when right clicking on Comment field arrow, entry not added when selected on MS Windows.
- Fix: Several interface aesthetics fixes.

Don't forget to read our small tutorial about adding transactions to iCash, how to use Budgets and how to import transactions from a Bank statement.

Hi,

I did a paid upgrade to v7.5.7 earlier today and there seems to be a bug in the system with the transaction display. When a new transaction is created, iCash keeps rounding up or down the amount that is entered. So an amount of 15.70 rounds up to 16. In the Transaction view, the amounts do not show any decimals, neither do the balances in the Overview and Reports. This is obviously not how it should be so can you shed some light on why this is happening? I checked the preferences and the currency format is set to 2 decimal places.

Please advice as the roundup/down is not how this should be working. The earlier v5 did not have this problem, only in 7.5.7.

Thanks

There is somebody that had that problem in the iCash forum, he finally fixed it, not sure how.
