How do I fix this?

Friends:

I send out to 45 of my club members and most of the hotmail, yahoo accounts return

Server response to MAIL FROM:
550 Command rejected for policy reasons.

undeliverable to [email protected]

Any ideas on how to fix this? It never happened when not using MBM?

No steps to follow other than waiting. That has nothing to do with MaxBulk but with spam filters and blacklisting.

Of the addresses with the 550 errors.... Are you able to send them an email individually through you email account (not using MaxBulk)?

If not, it confirms what Stan is saying, that you have been blacklisted.

Often the blacklisting lasts 24 hours.

Check this site to see if and where you are blacklisted: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip= (Enter your email address, if you don't know the IP of your mx server.)

Thank you mapski99! Indeed the blacklisting cleared up a day later and I was again able to use the mailer. I was scared there for a moment!
