Google Apps Premiere account

I use a google apps premier account email address and am limited to sending something like 2500 emails per day. will maxbulk mailer help me around that somehow?
i need this for sending out lots of press releases.

All you can do is to apply to the Gmail requirements. It is explained here. If you need to send more messages I recommend you to use a different server, your ISP server, the mail server you get with a web hosting package or a professional bulk email service like Unified Email, Authsmtp, SMTP.com, MailJet, SendGrid or Email Server Hosting.
