Getting the first page or everything

If I use "Allow and process documents (if applicable)" I take alot of files external and it take for ever. Without then just the index page.

What to do?

PS Sure I have made "Factory Settings" 4 times...

This is the problem with that option, it can cause lots of files to be downloaded because it will also process external sites. The best is to use 'Do not allow' or 'Allow without processing documents'. That last option allows you to download external pages but not the pages linked to those external pages.
