Features request for iCash for Mac

1. Support Dark Mode Mojave
2. Unlock iCash File Manager using TouchID
3. Mini iCash in Menu Bar to quick access and make quick transaction

I would like to add Dark Mode, yes. About 'TouchID', not sure, I will have a look. I like #3
