exchange of e-mails due to a dot (Gmail)

Hello to all,

managing a mailing list, is there a way to make the syntax of Gmail's emails unique? From policy https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7436150?hl=en are unique: "[email protected]" for Gmail is equal to "[email protected]" and a "[email protected]".
Is it possible to isolate and manage this case by updating Maxbulk from version 8.5.1 to the last version available?

Gmail policy considering dot in e-mail address irrilevant, for example: [email protected] is equal to [email protected] and [email protected].

Dots don't matter in Gmail addresses - Gmail Help

If someone accidentally adds dots to your address when emailing you, you'll still get that email. For example, if your email is [email protected], you own all dotted versions of your address: jo

In MaxBulk list [email protected] are distinguished from [email protected] and them are 2 single rows.
Can MaxBulk later version manage gmail.com addresses based on Gmail Policy?
