Error configuring IMAP

Any suggestions? POP3 gives a similar error message. We use passphrases instead of passwords. Would that cause a problem with your software?

What the software does is to use the standard POP/IMAP UserID/password pair. What do you mean with passphrases ?

The user's password is a sentence with spaces and punctuation. I've seen cases where some software can not handle this.

I don't think eMail Bounce Handler can handle this either.
