Error 1706 MaxBulk Mailer.msi cannot be found

Contents of old Win hard-drive copied to new drive just before old crashed. Now, on new drive, cannot open mbm file. Get error below. So installed 8.4.4. (Did have 8.4.1) Created a new file. Saved. Tried to open. Same error. Searched for msi file. Can't find. So now what?

The path C:\_SMSTaskSequence\Packages\BF6004B3\MaxBulk Mailer.msi cannot be found. Verify that you have access to the location and try again,
or try to find the installation package 'MaxBulk Mailer.msi in a folder from which you can install the product MaxBulk Mailer.

Win 7 Enterprise with Service Pack 1

Problem solved. Yes, 1701 is Windows error code. Max was network installed by admin. The MSI file resided in a secret network folder. They copied that folder to C:\Temp, reboot and all is well.
