The eMail Verifier shows you how hundreds of relay servers say the oposite. You can see that in plain, eMail Verifier shows you server responses as is.

Look for lines like:

Code:
550 5.7.1 IP listed on RBL (4.0.0.127 https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/93.129.26.253)

Code:
421 edge06.upcmail.net edge Dynamic/Generic hostnames are blocked. Please contact your Email Provider. Your IP was 93.129.26.253. Your hostname was x5d811afd.dyn.telefonica.de

Code:
554 The IP Address of the sender (93.129.26.253) was found in a DNS blacklist database and was therefore refused.

Code:
554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [93.129.26.253] blocked using pbl.spamhaus.org; https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/93.129.26.253

Code:
550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP [93.129.26.253]. To request removal from this list please visit https://sender.office.com/ and follow the directions. For more information please go to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=526655 (AS16012609)

Usually it is the responsibility of the server administrator to contact the blacklisting services. You should ask them to do so. Note that usually blacklisting is removed automatically after a while.
