emails received and opened but not recorded as "opened"

My clients want stats of opened emails, which I am unable to give. I ran tests with 5 addresses and I checked that they had not gone to spam or junk and that they had been opened. I also checked the they did not suppress image opening. None of them were recorded as opened. The email source has tracking codes:

What source code do you get in MaxBulk Mailer preview panel?

I see the email in HTML and the text portion in tex, when selected. I am unable to get it to generate source code. When I use the drop down and select source code it still shows the html.

I have attached the contents of the message window.

Weird, the Source code choice should display the HTML code of the message that will be sent. Have you tried to restart MaxBulk Mailer?

I downloaded MBM to my MacBook Pro and I get the preview using the same text/html that fails on my MacPro - same ver. OS same release of MBM 8.4.3 Pro Registered. Tried removing MBM on MacPro (incl. Library folder) and re-installing. Changed font no difference. Changed to UTF 8 - no difference. Restarted machine - no difference.

Can you send me the HTML source you get in the preview? Without that it is difficult for me to respond.
