eMail Verifyer returning known e-mails as Bad Address

I purchased eMail Verifier today and started checking a list i have which returned every e-mail as bad except for ones like aol which returned good, but based on 'Rules'. this looked suspicious, so I put a few of my own e-mails in and they returned bad. After doing some research, I check the port 25 issue using the link that you provide and it returned as being accessible and open. so I tried one of my e-mails again and copied the log:

Console: [01] 9/13 19:07:00 MX <[email protected]> -> [[Error] Impossible to verify this e-mail address. (#-2)]
DNS server reponse: Shell timed out

So far, I don't think this software is actually confirming any e-mail addresses. Can you please help me out? I must be missing something big here.

Thanks.

This is what I get here:

[01] 9/14 11:23:35 MX <[email protected]> -> [mx.genevacapitalsa.com]
[01] 9/14 11:23:35 > CONNECT TO: [mx.genevacapitalsa.com]
[01] 9/14 11:23:36 220 bosimpinc03.eigbox.net NO UCE ESMTP server ready
[01] 9/14 11:23:36 > HELO [127.0.0.1]
[01] 9/14 11:23:36 501 HELO Host 213.236.12.50 error: H3.1

The address is marked as valid.

Have you tried to add some DNS servers to the eMail Verifier preferences?

Hi,
I am facing the same problem. I'm only trying to check my legitimate email address : [email protected] and I'm getting the "wrong address" message. I've tried to add some new DNS in the preferences and I tried different options in the checking parameters but I still get the same message. I also tried different good email adresses and I still get the same message... I have'nt been able to use this software so far. Help required please or refund will be asked...

Verify one address (not yours but one that not belong to you) and send tme the text that appears in the eMail Verifier 'Console' panel.

I am getting the same issue here. I know our database is old hence the purchase of the software to check but I am getting over 95% which seems highly unlikely.

I then just tested one address and I know that this one is still active and it came back as Error#22 with the following text in the console.
[01] 3/31 11:12:40 MX <[email protected]> -> [filter1.101col-1.mailguard.com.au,filter2.101col-1.mailguard.com.au,filter3.101col-1.mailguard.com.au]
[01] 3/31 11:12:40 > CONNECT TO: [filter1.101col-1.mailguard.com.au]
[01] 3/31 11:13:40 > CONNECT TO: [filter2.101col-1.mailguard.com.au] (Retry #2)
[01] 3/31 11:14:40 > CONNECT TO: [filter3.101col-1.mailguard.com.au] (Retry #3)
[01] 3/31 11:15:41 > CONNECT TO: [filter1.101col-1.mailguard.com.au] (Retry #4)
[01] 3/31 11:16:41 > CONNECT TO: [filter2.101col-1.mailguard.com.au] (Retry #5)

It looks like your internet provider is blocking port 25 on your account. Contact them and ask them to remove that block.

I have contacted Telstra my internet provider and they have informed me that they do no block any ports for my service. Please advise another option for the errors I am experiencing.

I am checking my own email address and its not working, see below:

I have tried multiple addresses that I know are correct/active.
I need to start work on this database ASAP if your software is not going to work I would like a refund so I can source another one.

Please note that I am not a computer expert and so far your instructions for the software have not been helpful.

If you look at your logs you will see that absolutely all connections thru port 25 fail. Either your ISP or your router is blocking the port 25. I don't have any other explanation.
