We have built an application that creates online newsletters. When the newsletter is published the author downloads the plain text file and the HTML file that can be used to create the message in MaxBulk Mailer.
Most of the users have no problem dragging and dropping these files into the message field – it works on both Mac and PC machines. However, for some users the drag and drop method doesn't work. MaxBulk Mailer hangs or crashes. These users have to open the files and copy and paste the contents. I have only heard of this problem on PCs but there are several that have the issue.
Is this a known issue?
