Configure Settings for Pop3 w/ Port 995

Greetings!

How does one configure settings for POP3 with port 995?
I'm attempting to set up eMail Bounce Handler v3 for use with
both Window's Live.com; and Gmail.com accounts.

WindowsLive.com
Incoming Server = pop3.live.com
Port 995
Encryption/Authentication = SSL is required
