Chinese character support

I need to include some simplified Chinese in my message. I have copy and pasted Unicode 8 text from a document I made. It shows correctly in the message tab of MBM but the preview tab and the final email that gets delivered just have questions marks.
Does MBM support this?
How can I get it to work?

HAve you set the document encoding also to utf-8?

Yes, I did. It is set under the preferences within your mailing application. I have given up on this now and gone to a different application that is easier to use and had no problems with Chinese language support. I had hoped to find a solution for the next people who might use your product and the only other relevant links here were not solved. Maybe this is something you could look into and perfect and document for other users who need this functionality.

If UTF-8 doesn't work for you it is because your text is not UTF-8 encoded text. MaxBulk Mailer includes the most used Chinese encoding, I recommend you to try them.
