Cant connect to SMTP yandex.ru

Hi.
I cant connect to smtp.yandex.ru
"Connection closed by server"

You can use these:
user: doktorvolt
pass: Doktorvolt2139812

Why??

адрес почтового сервера — smtp.yandex.ru;
защита соединения — SSL;
порт — 465.

what does mean "TLSv1 Exp authentication"??

'Exp' means 'Explicit'. When you select that option you directly starts the connection in secure TLS mode. The other TLS option starts as a regular un-secure connection and MaxBulk Mailer issues a STARTTLS command to tell the server to switch to TLS.

On your screenshot I can't see that pulldown menu on the right of the SMTP server address field since it is cropped.
