Cannot import a really, really old cash file

I am trying to import a file from a really old version of icash to the latest program, but cannot make it work. I tried XML format as well, but no luck. Any hints?

I am also having no end of problems importing an account statement from a txt file. When I click on import I can scroll through and see all 6 transactions in the Data window on the top right. But when I click on Preview in the Box 4 (Rules), only two of the 6 transactions show up in the Window 5 (Transactions).

Just can't seem to make it work.

Sorry, but I have tried those exact steps but the import still does not work. I shall upload a screencast for you to review.

Yes please and I will have a look. This panel is quite strict, the file mapping has to be correct on the top right and you need rules else nothing in preview
