Bounces with same email are not summed but listed

Hi,

When importing a new bounce email, if there is the same email alredy listed (imported the day before for example) the imported one is listed as a new one and not simply checked growing the counter.
The email is the same, the error is the same, only date changes. I don't understand why I have 2 or more entries of the same email.

System: Win Vista

Could you send your eMail Bounce Handler file and that bounce so I can try to reproduce the problem here?

hum... which file I have to send? I mean, the problem is related to the list of emails that updates in a wrong way (adding same email instead of upgrading the counters) so... I have to send you the emails list? Or just a screenshot of the problem?

I need to reproduce the problem here exactly as it happens in front of you so I need the eMail Bounce Handler document and the bounce file.
