Bounce Handler not connecting properly to mailbox

Hi All,

I purchased BH and have been trying to get it to work on an IMAP account but am having no luck. I've looked through the forum but can't seem to see anything exactly like the problem I'm having.

It looks like BH is connecting to the IMAP server and is trying to find the inbox. I'm using the same login details and url I use to login into the server to access the inbox, so I know the login credentials are correct. I've tried IMAP and POP and all the possible security settings combinations, but nothing seems to work.

Can someone have a look at the log file below and tell me where the error might be happening and possibly how to fix it? It seems to drop the connection then try again every minute and I get the same log file as the one below repeating each minute

Many thanks,

Tim

It is funny because after MaxBulk Mailer sends the login command:

A0001 LOGIN [email protected] **********

the server successfully responds:

* OK The Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 service is ready.

And when you want to access the mailbox you get:

A0001 NO LOGIN failed.

That is nonsense. Have you sent that log to your server support?

Thanks Stanbusk. I'll try to send the log file to them. It may be a firewall setting there or permissions have to be set to allow BH to access the mailbox.

I'm also using a remote desktop connection to run it on the company server. That may be a factor as well.

Cheers

Tim
