BCC - How To Select

I'm new to the Pro version, buying it only to be able to send messages as BCC but I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks

Click on the disclosure triangle/icon on the recipient panel. You will get CC/BCC panel displayed to you. Then you can add CC or BCC address(es)

So I can apparently go through the mailing list and select each one that I want to send the message BCC. But with a long list, how do I select that option for ALL addressees? That could take a long time....
