attachments??

stupid question from a desperate beginner:
why are my attachments not delivered even though I attach them?

What MaxBulk Mailer version are you using? On what system? What type of attachments are you sending? What is the format of your message?

Hi,
version is 8.3.5 on vista
message format is formatted text
attachments are pdf, doc and jpg. the jpg actually is delivered when inserted into the text body of the mail. the others never show up. i already tried different sizes - no difference.

Right now I don't know the reason for that (I will investigate it) but have you considered uploading your pdf and doc files to your web site and add a link to them to your message?
