Thanks for your reply Yes it is in Max Bulk Mailer. I have tried sending to a variety of different email programmes, and they all appear the same with the coding being visible. How can you stop this, so that the emails read correctly? Or has the programme corrupted?

Can anyone tell me why, if I use a full stop (.) anywhere in the message, in any of the formats including plain text - it gets converted to a "2E" in the message. How can I resolve this problem as all messages become garble and it is impossible to insert web addresses? Thanks
